IMPORTANT: These Terms of Use are a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User") and The Jungle Technology ("JT"), a UAE-registered company. By accessing the JT website and using its services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.
JT is a SaaS platform that facilitates the purchase and sale of advertisements across mobile, web, CTV, and DOOH platforms (collectively, the "Services"). These terms govern your access to and use of the Jungle Technology website and all associated services.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and register for Services. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Accounts are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred to or shared with others.
Services are intended for worldwide use consistent with applicable laws. Use of the Services is void where prohibited by local law or regulation.
JT is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or issues with computer equipment, software, email systems, or traffic congestion on the internet. The platform is provided "AS-IS" and use is at your own risk.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times during use of the Service. You agree to promptly notify JT of any changes to your information.
Each user must maintain only one unique profile. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited.
Users agree not to harass, threaten, or engage in abusive behaviour toward JT employees, agents, or other users of the platform.
Publishers must not authorise or encourage any third party to generate fraudulent impressions, clicks, or other interactions through bots, automated tools, or any other artificial means. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination.
By using the platform, publishers grant JT the right to access, index, store, and cache requests from their properties for the purposes of facilitating ad delivery, measurement, and optimisation.
Jungle Technology's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data obtained via Google APIs with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes beyond what is explicitly disclosed.
